Is this a fraud company.."China Hebei shijiazhuang huaou imp. and exp.co.ltd...??"
Can some one recommend me if this company  "China Hebei shijiazhuang huaou imp. and exp.co.ltd" can be trusted...??

Some Mr.
Lin Huang & his translator have been sending me mails & are wanting to place an large order. They want us to visit their office in Shijiazhuan, China & sign the contract...!

What i don't understand is that without viewing our product specifications or analyzing our samples that are placing the order & are willing to make an advance transfer of anywhere between 40% to 60%...!!

They insist upon us visiting their office & signing the contract...?? Based on their website (www.hebeihuaou.com) info it is supposed to be a large company & have been in trade for a many years..!!

We would appreciate input & suggestion from people in this forum...!!

Thanx & Regards,

Dear Palitha,

I suggest you be very careful...!!

I canceled my air tick & hotel reservation just few hours before going to Beijing. I am very sure this a scam & also got a confirmation on this this kind of fraud from a friend who faced a similar situation in China.

They will make sure they party at your expense for a few days & buy expensive gifts with a pretext of giving them to the boss of the company who is going to sign the contract...!! Then they will ask you for a few thousand dollars in cash for sharing the cost of money transfer charges.....30% advance they were supposed to make to your account...?? Advance never comes & by the time you realize you are down good 7K to 10K...!!

So be very very careful....!

An important european fashion company has received a big order of products and  finish all steps to complete the procedure , signed contract , ecc.

Before transmit the first tranche of money , Chinese company required money to registration of contract in China , Chinese embassy contacted says that is not necessary , after this comunication business is stopped .

For your considerations , bye Pierre

This is a type of scam. They want you to travel there and if you do that they will press you for gifts or bribes. Leave it.

The company is not necessarily a fake, most probably it is officially registered. Once I had a similar experience, one such company wanted to buy 1.000 welding machines from us, I checked them and found out they only have a little shop somewhere with one or two people trying their luck this way. I made a sales contract for them with some questionable points left in it with intent, and when they returned it signed without even reading it the whole thing became suspicious for me. (Besides China is full of welding machine manufacturers so why should one want to buy French made equipment from Hungary when they could have an equivalent for the fraction of the price).

Be careful.

If they do not test your samples, do not know your product spec, I can tell you now that, just stop thinking the possibility to do business with them. This kind of guys just want you to be there and sign fake contract, during your stay, they invite you to night clubs and you will have to pay lots of money or you can not leave!

one of my friends in China experience this already few years ago! be careful!

Best,

Daniel

Our company was contacted by this company under very similar circumstances. We hired an investigator and have determined that this is a legally registered company that seems to be attempting to operate in a fraudulent manner. Many inconsistencies were exposed during our investigation. We have ceased communications with them. My advise is to stay away from them.

Be very careful with these types, I just got one from Hebei Wuzhou Import & Export Trade.  I just cancelled a trip to Zhengzhou Reicheng Co,  in China after finding a similar link to this scam.   They seem so agreeable, but want you to come to China etc. etc . etc.  Research thru this site by address and town in China before wasting your time.   Richard

I would strongly recommend not going. They will most likely get you to pay for a party, sign a contract, and send you on your way. You will never receive payment. It is a scam.
