What particular country are you looking in receiving phones from?  Seeing that you are in the US I would advise that you use US suppliers.  Would you like a few US suppliers?

I would LOVE and appreciate a list of sellers in the US.  We are a new company so we don't have any credit established.  I have the ability to fly anywhere for free so I would like a place I could fly in, take a look at the product, pay and walk out...I am having trouble finding someone I can trust.  I am on the east coast but would be willing to go just about anywhere for a good product with someone I can trust.

Thanks so much for the offer.

The first thing I would request with any seller I was thinking of purchasing from was a picture of my order with a note attached to the order that had a statement I conveyed, as well as, my name on it.  For instance a pictue of 10 Nokia N80 boxes stacked together and the note said GA Kirk, "We are the world".  This way they couldn't fake or use a stock photo.  Also you could ask for an odd number of phones like nine.  Next you need to familiar yourself with the look of Nokia boxes as the refurb phones come in non-original boxes with poor quality printing with the colors not looking quite right.  Third, the higher end Nokia phones come with a Nokia Seal that keeps the box from being opened without breaking the seal and after almost two years of sending out my form email NO supplier I have encountered on this site has been able to show me a seal on their boxes, therefore all refurbs!!!!  I am currently going through my notes and looking for US suppliers, that I did not and also have NEVER seen on this site.

Thank you,

Glenn

This is a great, creative suggestion! It's too easy to fall prey to faked/stock images. This simple idea would really help weed out scammers. I'd love to share it with the traders we work with!

No problem, I remember whn I started and my business partner and I were thinking that some of these deals sounded to good to be true.  All the suppliers we dealt with in the US were selling for a lot more per unit.  So the picture thing was born.  It really works and that is how we found an excellent supplier of refubs.
