I am really sorry to see that someone would stop at nothing to get more money for himself in short time.Careless of its serious influence to other honest and sincere producer and importers.
However, trust is one of basic important aspect between two parties.Of course,it is neseccary to be careful in details.

Such situation with Ukrainian Cement,Urea 46, ALL BUYERS think that they can buy it for price of an "air" & When someone trick them,They
are writing here, how poor & innocent They are, I think such people
are deserving such end.

Replying to [ResourcesAdmin]:before you import some things from others, firstly as a buyer should have a good command of pricing in your side and exporter market's well. I means at least not so high distance pricing different. also we should think over case carefully especially for some low price. most of customer like low price. but should think over it carefullly why low if below your normal considered price. we should be cautions about it.means that we should find the reason or ask exporter's situation.
Maybe some exporter's products specification is differentm material is different .maybe some is muggling. but we should keep it clear in your mind to get a reason of it. then we could move on step by step.
Most important is that we can do Letter of credit instead of unfront payment. this will be better

Replying to [ResourcesAdmin]:Maybe there are some factories offer lower prices to attract clients, but the differences are not big, it is impossible for the prices to be lower than the cost. Our factory offer the hair accessory at the prices some lower than others,that is because we are professional. Even so, the gap is reasonable, we also need profit.

Replying to [ResourcesAdmin]: I just wanted to add that out of this article the best suggestion I see is the use of an escrow agent but no additional information was given as to how to find such an agent.
I have been reading alot of the article posted on the forum and find many of them very helpful (to a point) most seem to give great suggestions but do not follow though with an example of agencies that might help leaving the reader informed but still no better armed in fighting fraud.
Name dropping works both ways, do not just name the people that you think have done fraud drop a name of a person or company that might be able to help a buyer avoid them.
Lets work together and set an example to others in informing others of complete solutions to these problems, resulting in less victims and more profit for all.

This is Saad from Pakistan. I got sacmmed by a company in Fujian Province. The name of the company is Fuzhou Linyouqiao Children's Garment Store . They told me they had nokia n95 but when i paid them $1125 for three n95 they said it was out of stock. And uptil now i have not recived my phones. Would u belive it they are gold supplier and trust p *. I think alibaba is also invloved in the fraud
