How can I verify the Company Registration Number?
Post 1 of 7
Hi,

If I got company registration number and Bank information, where can I check their registration number and Bank information number? I know one China Government Official website " www.mofcom.gov.cn" but I can't find on English version.

Hi,

My Company J&F Electronics Have Been using that Company for background check in about a year now. But i only have their email address. You should shoot them an email and have them sent you the Web Address. it is linesbiz@hotmail.com <linesbiz@hotmail.com>.  They are pretty good and do an excellent JOB. One of the advices they had given me was to hire someone, as a third party, there to make sure of the buying and verification before the products are been shipped to our destination, so like that we are on the loop. Hope i was helpful.

Hello,

you can verify the company registration number of Chinese companies at

www.saic.gov.cn - however, this will only tell you if the company is officially registered and in existence.

For the bank details, ask your own accounting bank to check the bank information for you. It may cost a little for you but nothing dramatic. For this you need full bank details.

In China many companies do not have export license, and they are trading through companies that do have, in such cases the account holder may be different from your supplier. The best is to clear these points first so that you are not surprised later.

Ko LLH,

what's the purpose of checking? Even a careless scammers/frauds will not give you Bank Information differ with company name.

You can trace a company existence by registration numbers and so. In china most of the small/medium traders, even giant corp too, have another company account in HK to avoid tax.

You can judge by your own instincts. Experience will tell. That is called "TRADE"

Hi,

Nice to meet you on Alibaba. Thanks for suggestion. Mostly, I'd asked to send sample and product catalog from Suppliers to verify their status. And then, directly phone call to supplier's office to asking several questions about product. Fortunately, I got real suppliers from China. I never accepted personal bank information.
