Who protects the interest of supplier?
Post 1 of 11
We are a reliable supplier and try our best to provide best service possible to our clients. However, we found that some clients are just very hard to communicate with.

When we say, we would like to take some responsibility of some problem. They just propose anoth issue. Issues by issues, no end. How can we protect us as supplier?

What I want to say is suppliers should try to protect their own benefits.

Just try to provide better quality product  and perform better customer service, be more careful in doing business so that you won't cause much trouble to customers, then they would willing to pay higher price for your products and service.

Seldom client would make trouble as they like, there must be reason for them to do so.

I say, as a matter of fact, no customer would like to make troubles, because when they make troubles for you, they make troubles for themselves as well.

Communication problem happends between 2 parties or more, so do not care about the buyer's shortcoming in your eyes. Men are different, so keep the good mood while you facing the problems. That's enough! [em1]

Get to the point, say lets start over, here is the Full item description and price for....

here are the payment methods.

Ask them "whats holding you up and what is the exact problem that we need to solve?

now seperate if its seriouse, they paid for Item X and revieved Item Y...

Here is a problem mostly from femails, starts with like this sometimes:

I'm worried......... dont worry about it. this is how we are going to do it, you get item, we get paid. so we will both worry till you get it.

Payment method:

Seller: We only accept TT cash and so on..

Buyer: We can only do paypal....

Seller: Ok, we can only do paypal for the first few payments, as a favor to you.

Discount:

You: this is the price for 1 item, this is price for 5 and inquir for 50 items-to container.

Customer, I want the lowest price

You: We have the lowest prices, we value every customer Equaly great.

customer: Wants more of a discount

You: were going to do a first order and see if you are intrested with our company.

you get the idea, right?

If you are realy having a problem.. just contact me WHOLESALE_CC with the question and your outlook on the delema, or just post it up on forums.

It is always not easy to make business in a foeign country, especially if you do it over trading platforms. Business (most) runs through personell contact. The best is always to have someone in the local market. Try to find an Agent who is acting for you. If he is a good one he will take responsibility for you.
Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions.

Best Regards
