Hello everyone,

I suspect that those scammers know exactly how the system works and those who always scam innocent individuals are not individuals but groups of devils that want to take others money without giving back, and those who are the ones who understand the system.

I cant stress this one enough "they understand the system"

So, please share your opinion.

Thank you,

I had report them as fraud and cheaters coz they really are. the funny thing is that they want me to appolgize for them  and for alibaba for my report, its F----------g drive me crazy.

they have there own Scam and Cheating system and its really hard to fight with them. just be carful from Guangzhou everpretty furniture co.,ltd. Gold medal not enough for them and they are looking to get the platinum medal in there.

I partly agree with you, but what systems are you referring to?

Sometimes we cannot even open their websites in China but you can open at your end. I do not know why either, they are very skillful in cheating.

Dear Business in China,

In general, more scamers are being active, i think, than ordinary people that want to do real business. However, when referring to the systems, i mean the platform that the creator of this site used, and what i suspect is that some of those scamers, somehow, know exactly about how complaints work for example. Obviously, things are more complicated, and let me tell you my story.

I bought two G1 HTC phones from Asad Sulimani (Company: AirTel Limited, ID: us103980262, in the United States) who asked me to send my payment to Paul Green who is in the U.K at (osprey house ore close, newcastle lymedale business park, united kingdom st5 9qd), who he claimed to be his company's accountant.

He has been chatting with me all night long on the products, but after the payment is received there were no response for my message. Not long ago, he emailed me this " Dear Mr. Chhay,

I trust you are doing well, you order has een registered for delivery so we can send you the tracking information for you to track your order while on transit to your address, but there was a problem, our manager found out that your order was not up to the sample order MOQ, he was very angry with me for violenting the company policy,  he has requested that you must order up to the sample MOQ which is five unit so we can commence with the delivery of your order.

Here is now the estimate of your order:

5 T Mobile G1 Android HTC Smart cell phone @ $250.00us/Units: $1250.00us

Plus one free sample

Amount Received: $500.00us

Balance Payment: $750.00us

Above is the estimate now for the sample MOQ order, you are now required to make the balance payment of $750.00us as soon as possible so you can meet up with the sample order MOQ, and payment will be made to our account officer payment information, please you are to send the information as soon as payment is sent so we can commence with the delivery of your order.

I look forward forward to a sound and lasting relationship with you.

Regards,

Asad"

Oh, by the way, he claimed that he is the Sales Director.

So, this obviously shows me that, Alibaba has no standard framework to protect innocent people, which Ebay does. At least Ebay has a system where people can rate each other, also, involving Paypal, which is a more secure payment method, as well as better complaints system.

And last but not least, i would like to send this message to all the scamers that, if you are really happy of reaping others money that hardly earned, you are nothing but a person who escape from the truth (because they can do nothing besides cheating on others to earn for a living, or they would have done good things and do real work to earn money otherwise), and i do understand that there are many of them in this world. Not to mention financial crisis.

Opinions are welcome,

Hello-

just last week I contacted an Alibaba 4 year trust pass member (Shenzhen Top-technology company ltd)   and received a reply.  I did not notice that the name in the email was Shenzhen top-tech trading company Ltd.  until just recently.

The man claimed him name was Michael, and after sending me what I thought were verified shipping histories (a very dumb thing for me to believe) and  a pricing list, I setlled on G-1 cell phones at $190 USD each for 6. And I foolishly paid via Western Union.

Needless to say I was scammed.  He sent  3 worthless broken MP-w players. The actual money receipients name was Daoshu Chen., said to be the accountant at Top-tech.

My trust and belief was that the company was a Trust Pass member and Gold Supplier.  Most importantly, I ent an email via Alibaba to this compnay and received it back from tehm.  This means that someone at that company is either the scammer or working with the scammer.

Does "Business in China" have any way to verify who the actual managers and owners of this company are and how I can contact them without going through the email system, which is obviously corrpupt.   The compnay will not respond to my emails now.

 Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

You appear to live in the U.S, so why are you bother to buy G1 phones from others? Why don't you just go straight to the shop in the U.S and get one!

Thank you,

What is the purpose of your comment? People, such as us, purchase items from suppliers in bulk to resell for profit. It is called business and trade. Perhaps you should learn about it.
