Sorry to hear that. It's true with some suppliers. So, sometimes you need an agent to represent you and make everything clear and guarantee that everything is done according to you. In addition, you also need the agent to inspect the goods during production and before shipment to be sure that the goods are up to your requirements. Thus you will be free from those worries that the goods might be "rubbish" of no use when in your country.
