Hopefully this helps those who are being contacted with unbelievable prices.

Nokia N95 8gb $545

Nokia N82 $399

Nokia N810 $322

Nokia e71 $369

Nokia 2610 $51

HTC Touch Diamond $533

Do not get ripped off!!!  Ask for a pricelist or prices on these particular phones.  If their price is a lot less than these prices I would stay away!!!

Brightpoint prices are not the cheapest in the market, there are so many traders in USA who sell much cheaper and you do not have to buy 100s of phones each time.

Those prices are awful.  For example, the N95 8gb listed at $545 we are selling now at $485/pc.   If you know someone in the Los Angeles area I can arange a pick up for a LOCAL IN PERSON exchange as well.  Like I said in another post, Brightpoint prices are awful.

.The other prices aren't so bad, but still we offer them cheaper.  I don't mean this post to sound like advertising, but your post is misleading I think.

Of course you can find better or worse deals out there. My post was to illustrate to those starting out what the "sure thing" company was selling at. A company where a new buyer does not have to pull their hair out wondering where their money went. I also want to point out that with these prices a buyer could buy as little as one phone, BP does not require the purchase of 100 unit and this poster is dead wrong. Next. I will continue this post by posting prices from other companies in and out of the US, as well as, the names of companies other than BP, AA, and the others usually mentioned on this forum. Some of these companies are located in Europe to help those who need to purchase from there. My goal is equal to that of the forum's and to spread the knowledge around so newer buyers are not scammed, or whatever. If you would like to contribute I am sure that not only would I apprieciate it but many current and future users would too.

Yes sir you are correct in what you say about brightpoint in that you do not have to purchase 100 units.  You can purchase 1 unit and get that pricing.

You are a good man in trying to educate the new buyers, but from what I've seen in this industry is that no matter what you tell these newbies they won't believe you.  They need to get scammed a few times before they see the light, or they will always believe they can get iphones or N96s at $300 from China etc.

For example, we respond to a lot of ads on this forum for people looking for Nokia, Apple etc with prices much better than BP and AA, and we EVEN ATTACH PHOTOS WITH PEOPLE'S NAME NEXT TO STOCK to the email and we still can't get people to reply back.  The fact is it seems on Alibaba that REAL prices cannot compete with SCAM prices.  I mean how do you compete with the guy selling for half your price running the "buy 3 get 1 free" deal?  Its sad really [em8]

Richard five things here.
  • You need to remove your website information from your postings.  This means going back to your avatar and quote page and removing it, otherwise I have no choice but to start removing your posts from this forum.
  • I for one could never reccommend a business doing so out of an apartment in Culver City CA that has only been in business since August 29th of this year any more than I can accept the fake press releases for Global Star Electronics which is a nothing more than a sole proprietorship in Missouri.

Fake Press Release's:

http://www.pressreleasepoint.com/globalstar-electronics-distribution-signs-distribution-contracts-nokia

or

"Globalstar Electronics Distribution a privately held wholesale distribution company headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri in business since 1999 announced today plans to carry the full line of Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony gaming hardware, software and accessories and over 75 third-party vendors (including Electronic Arts and Take-Two Interactive) of accessories and software for video games."

source:  http://www.pr.com/press-release/110368

Then theres a series of fake and disconnected phone numbers.   (While your company is legally registered in CA), I notice that on your website you have the a sales representative from the supposed Globalstar Electronics Distribution.

  •
    Globalstar ElectronicsX00915841Fictitious RegistrationFictitious Active8/25/2008
  • Global Star Distribution, Inc.00709569General BusinessAdmin Dissolved Profit1/13/2006

5.   (You might be connected to a distributor or even a real VAR for another company as there is more than Brightpoint in the USA ), but as Jason Stucky is the sole proprietor of Globalstar Electronics and the fact that Global Star Distributon Inc. a disolved company no longer in business I'd say you have some problems with your credibility.

As for the real Globalstar Inc. is a Satelite phone seller.

(Overall, anyone doing business with you at present I would reccommend to them a fly and buy only.)

By the way Nokia USA doesnt know any distribution company in Kansas City, MO called  Globalstar Electronics Inc..

Ranger,

I have made the changes you have requested.  I apologize I was not aware that we could not advertise our services here.

With regards to these news presses, this is the first time I have seen them.  Mr. Stucky owns his company in Kansas City Missourri and we have partnered with his company as he handles game consoles for us.  I was not aware of these press releases and I will address them with him accordingly because we are not aware the he has used my name in it without authorization, and frankly I am pretty angry now.

With regards to our business, we are a spin off of a company here in Los Angeles and currently looking for a commercial location.  We currently have the business address registered at a residence, but we do have a warehouse location in downtown Los Angeles.

I will address these press releases with Mr. Stucky as I am not aware of this.  This is not something my company condones, and I will speak with him about this.

With regards to our business, I find your attack pretty slanderous (though understandable).  You have painted our company in a pretty bad light, and if you wish for us to take our services elsewhere from Alibaba that is fine.

We have and always will allow people to pick up their orders.  We offer legitimate products and don't deal the fakes.  If you look at my posts, I try to point unsuspecting newbies in the right direction.

Bottom line is this.  We offer legitimate products and do honest business.  We are not a huge company, but we run an honest business here (aside from this press release, as I said I am not aware of and will address).  We have numerous trade references that we can offer you no problem.  However I strongly disagree with how you have presented us, though I understand your reservations, I disagree with your opinions.

It seems that your beef is with Mr. Stucky and Globalstar Electronics his company.  However the references you pointed out (Globalstar Distribution and Globalstar Satellite) have nothing to do with us.

That being said we are two separate entities though we do work together on some deals.  We have no problems with saying that, as you will not find a single dissatisfied client out there from Mr. Stucky.  Business wise Mr. Stucky has a laundry list of satisfied clients, with regards to his advertising practices, well I do not agree with them and will have to investigate this.  I will address these issues with him as I was not aware he was conducting business as such, and we will take the proper disciplinary action if deemed necessary.

I hope this brings clarity to some of the issues.

As of today Brightpoint has reduced their price for the Nokia n810 Tablet to $299.
I would also like to add that it is a waste of everyone's time to place negative comments on this post. If you have something to contribute in a positive manner then please post. Thank you.
