does the exchange rate show damage to your company ?

Right now it seems very bad that the exchange rate fluctrate so much .
For example in Korea it's at around 50% drop ,and Turkish dolloar 55% drop !
So bad of the economics,and we should find a way to save our money ...but how ?

as i see, you should apply a more stable currency to ensure your profit.
