1. Why not sue them directly in Guangzhou in case you've signed a formal Contract with them in China? Are you sure your contract is a formal contract?
2. Have you conducted a Pre-shipment QC Inspection from a third-party service company before delivery in China? Why did you say their products are of low quality? Any proof?
3. Why did not check out their management, QC and after-sale services measures etc in case you've visited their company in person?

Yes I have use another company to do the inspection for my products but it seems that they didnt check as our requirmen.The approval that I have is only that rubbish that I received from them, I can supply photos only or you have to see that by your self.

I visit there factory 4 times, everything was fine and looks nothing wrong with them and I explane every singl products before they start the fabrication. when the sample was ready to be checked we had arrived ther factory to check it out , the funny was the have made in another factory belong to them and they are waiting the sample arrival, that was after we agreed and we had payed the first 40% of our contract.some sample which was good and some was bad aand we ask them to remake it. we run out of time because we had spend nearly 4 mounths to get in therebecause all the products wasnt standerd sizes its all as our plans and requirments. but the shame that they use very low quality materials they pack it and shipp it for us. many products was rong sizes and many parts was missing.

I just let you know that am in busiensss with china for almost 25 years, nothing happend to me in all these past years one of my offices is located in xiamen if you can do something just let me know, I havent hear that some one been cheated in china and he get his money back yet.
but now the time has been changed and china now become like JAPAN market in 1950s to 1970 if you have read about it.
