I have been seeking out a manufacter-supplier of handbags and I have one I would like to order from however I just don't know which ones are real or not. They will accept paypal but I have to pay the 7% fee. Their prices are OK but I know these handbags are being sold cheaper because I can buy them in the US for 6.00 more. US sellers are making more than 6.00 on these handbags. I'm just afraid to send my money. If I get scamed and use paypal, will I get my money back? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In my opinion, there is no way to find out except to take your chances. Im a seller myself and it is really hard to find the real buyers from the fake ones. Nobody wants to be victimized but it happens so you should proceed with caution.

Since you are the buyer, chances are you will be told to pay a certain percent before your order is delivered. That is normal. The remainder is usually paid before the items are shipped.

Is paypal safe? In the US yes but you have to remember that the Chinese dont normally pay using paypal. They prefer T/T or wire transfer or some other means. This not include western union. They also have a similar system to Paypal called Alipaypay or something similar to that.

Bottom line is you wont be able to get your money back should you be swindled. Just be thankful that you only gave a small amount.

To prevent this from happening, look for other suppliers. China is a big place so you are sure to find a reliable supplier if you are patient enough to look around.

I think you are need more cheak before send money , I have cheated many times of  fake fashion products , electronics from China online shop , superstore Fraud , ...they are from putian , xiamen , wuhan , beijing , shenzhen ,fujian ,guangzhou ....some one send me bad products , some even not sent me anything after I sent money ...like WWW.CNGOKE.COM.

WWW.BOSSSHIP.COM ; and many other online shop on fujian ....all not real seller, just fraud .......
