I have a enquiry from egypt, but when I discussed with some of Exporters they told me that Egypt is very risky and they were not able to get payments.
What do you suggest?

In international trade, once a while anybody face with these kind of problems from any country due to some reasons.Maybe your friends are faulty or their traders.Before defining a whole country as "risky" , it would be better to know the reasons.
so for what kinds of reasons did they fail in getting their payments ?

No you are totally wrong:
Find the credit report
ECGC country risk cover
find the buyer report and then if the both satisfies and if you get good price with stipulated terms get into
