My trip to China was very good, even the process to get the Visa in New Yorlk was so fast I could no believe it. I went to Chinese embassy by 9:00am by 11:00 am I was going home with my 6-month double entry visa.
I went to China to meet my peruvian friend who is already in the trade business. He is in Yiwu. The trip was very positive as I learned all the details of the transaction process, collecting samples, signing the contracts, the inspection process and the payments, in this case was managed my by peruvian friend. But the most important thing for me was to see with my own eyes the prices offered when buying bulk. and all the diversity of products that you could find.
I even allocate two additional days on my trip to visit Beijing and the Great Wall. Chinese are very friendly, I met a chinese guy in Tiananmen Square who spoke English and helped me taking me pictures and arranged for a tour to the Great Wall. I asked him to go to eat traditional chinese food, and he told me to go to Hot Pot place, it was interesting to see tat you were telling the waitress how you wanted your soup to be cooked. Over-all a very nice experience, when buying products, everybody use the calculator language. It was fun. I bought presents to my family at really bargain prices.
