to keep in touch with customers, it depends on the relationship between you and your customers,if you are close like friends, you can send him mails whenever you get interesting things or goods news to tell him,he will be happy to get mail from friends.otherwise you don't have to send mails all the time if you don't get any business news to be shared with them,as a customer, little people will be interested in your stories exept business.

Are you sending emails to customers that have placed orders with you in the past or are you sending out emails to everyone that you think could be a customer?

If you are sending emails to customers who have already placed orders in your factory and they are not replying then that may suggest that there is a problem.

Afterall, a customer who has had a good experience and intends to do further business with you would most likely reply to let you know that they will be ordering again later.

If none of these customers are replying then perhaps they are not happy with your company and believe that you do not deserve a reply. Is that possible?

Can you suggest how to make the clients pleased to reply to us?

Thanks in advance.

Since thay are your old customers, but did't reply any of your email after the last cooperation. I think this is because your products or your company or you have made him feel unhappy. You can sincerely ask  them the reason, what is the problem(some tells u some will not), If they are kind and let you know where is the problem, that means you get a good suggestion and improve yourselves.
