Dear Friend,

its better if you contact these factorys first and get there quotes then make your visit to these factorys and plasce your order direct.big factorys they never cheated you, you can pay them 30% down payment and 60% after they load your container and send you the copy of the B/L , the last 10% persent can be payed once you received your products and check it .

Hello Peter. We recently purchased a container of E-Bikes, and had them shipped to the United States, and learned many lessons along the way. The actual bike we ordered, is a good bike fundamentally, but almost every one has damage of one kind or another. most of the battery chargers are faulty, the factory paint has many many blemishes, scratches, etc....and the manufacturer has not honored their contract on replacement of the faulty chargers. the manufacturer we went thru is  JINHUA XIONGYING ELECTRICAL VEHICLE MANUFACTURER CO, LTD LOCATED IN JINHUA CITY ZHEJIANG. We checked them out thoroghly before we purchased the bikes, and they checked out great. but the customer service is very questionable. We hired someone to go to the factory to check our order, take pictures during production, etc, and we still did not recieve the quality we expected. again, the bike itself is a good, sound, awesome bike to ride. but the paint, and the problem with the battery chargers has been a huge problem. we recieved the bikes about a month and a half late, but they are a good sound pedal assist bike, as long as you can have someone there to make sure they follow thru with quality control. We still are trying to get them to send us chargers that actually work...and its been almost 2 months. out of 66 bikes, over half of them have faulty battery chargers. Good Luck.

Hi thats really bad considering all the effort you went in to regarding the different checks made.I dont suppose they gave any names of the customers they already have in UK etc?No.didnt think so! They always say that then cant ever divulge secret customers! The paint problem is bad but the chargers are not a big problem.I assume your not going to use the company again.Why not buy some chargers else where.I know some companies if you want?Maybe we can help each other find decent products?
