Here we go again...this is the latest bunch of Chinese scammers coming together to rip foreign buyers and traders off by using the already well-known "come-to-China-sign-fake-contract-leave-your-money" fraud scheme.


Watch out and do not definitely fall for it as you would only lose your time and money gaining a real nothing!


It would be nice if someone would go there just to bust these  ...

Could you please specify why or how you know these guys are scam. I have contact with them, email and  on the phone and would be very interested. to know what you know  If they are crap I need to know it now. FYI, In our contact I am only discuss prepays and LC business.

Yes, matter of fact there are serious Chinese companies as well.

Alibaba.com however, is nesting more and more scammers even among its paid members (trustpass and gold supplier memebers) and this is happening because Alibaba's credibility and bias is gauged on MONEY well before HONESTY in business...

Be carefull with this buyer. They contacted me for a big big order of wine without to ask for any sample. a to good to be true order. I checked the contract by a lawyer, everything was ok. They are registered at the industrial and commercial bureau, but registered date is 9-9-2008. An ordervalue of 900.000 Euro. 30% prepayment  70% before shipping, perfect. then they wanted I come to China to sign the contract. It is exact the way Chinese scammers will operated. After I read the messages here on alibaba i was carefull. I asked them for a written guarantee/statement from Your bank securing the amount of the contract. The answer was what I did think about 50% prepayment, come to China and sign the contract. My answer was Thanks for the 50% prepayment but before I travel to China I want a written guarantee/statement from Your bank securing the amount of the contract. I never heard from them since.

My advise. save the ticket money and dont go there. You will be scammed

Thanks for all the above Information as this is very usefull for us to identofy this company.Now a days this company is negotiating a Chromite ore with us and they are willing to pay around 30% more than current market price and ask us to visit china and sign contract. There terms are all favours to supplier . After serious negotiation we are agreed that we can work on 100% lc and they ask us to provide 2% PBG. But today they inform us since Chinese holidays are very close and to make business quickly they ask us to send 2% security deposit to their xxx and then they will open LC. They are so professional that they know almost all the terms of minerals business and know about the product a lot which surprise us.

Any way with the above information it help us to understand this company. Again thanks for your all the information .
