I heard from somebody that this is essential ,is it true?
Documents such as drafts, certificates, declarations, statements, transport documents and

insurance documents must be dated and signed. Whether other documents require dating

will depend on the nature and content of the document in question. A requirement for a

document to be dated - other than those mentioned above - may be satisfied by linkage

within its content to the date of another document forming part of the same presentation

(e.g. where a shipping certificate will be issued which states “date as per bill of lading

number xxx” or similar).

Definately right.

All the rules and terms should be cleared in the papers, to protect the benift of buyer and vendor.  And these would be the proof if any dispute or problems might be exist in future.

In my experience ,i think those items are essential ,the items protest the buyer and the seller .if there are some problem in the future ,the items can improve the tures, and promise the notarization

Basically, if you don't date your documents, then someone can use these documents against you. For example: if you sign a document where you have to complete your task in 3 days and if you don't, you will be fined. If you don't date the document, the other side can fine you by saying, you are late :)

With a date on the doc, he can't do that ;)
