Hi

I am unable to install Trade Manager. I get the following error message: trademanager2 Install is not a valid win 32 application.I am installing with full administrative priveleges.I am using windows vista.

Hi, sukhan, please be informed that the TradeManager is more compatible with Windows XP/2000 and IE.

In your case, we advise you to check the downloaded TradeManager file to see whether it is 6.55 MB. If not, please delete it and re-download it at http://trademanager.alibaba.com/

If yes, please try on some computer with Windows XP/2000 system.

Hi, el7anin, in your case, you are advised to delete your current program and re-download the TradeManager program.


Please take the following steps:


1) Delete your TradeManager completely;

2) Download a new program at: http://trademanager.alibaba.com; please do not change the program name ".exe"

3) Install again the TradeManager in your computer
