when i click chat online now, it takes me to the browser trade manager

I have down loaded trademanger an installed this on my pc but still when i click on the link "I am online chat now" it still takes me to web trade manager page why?

How to connect to the chat on trade manager , i am unable to connect through the TM, hav the account with alibaba, plz give me the correct way
