i have firefox 3, before it always took me to the program it self, but now all it does is take me to the browser version, how do i get it to take me to the program it self

i have the same question and i have told alibaba sooooo many times that i refused to use alibaba for quite a long time.

when will those people learn that not everybody is so stupid to use IE like they think

yes, i have been contacted by the service team and guess what they said: to uninstall and install it again. well, guess what. i just instaleld it on 2 brand new computers and it is not working.


and whats with the contacting the users one by one - cant they post the solution here. well, i tell you what, dear user, they dont do that because they want to make sure they have the right email of yours and GUESS WHAT - they dont have working solution yet.


great work developers - good work for the money alibaba pays you.

To resolve your problem, please take the following steps:

1. Open your Internet browser, click "Tools" on the menu bar of the browser
2. Select "Internet Options"
3. Click on "Delete Cookies" and then "Delete Files"
4. Click on "Security" on the top toolbar and reset all zones to default level
5. Click on "Privacy" on the top toolbar and set the level to "Medium" or click the "Default" button
6. Click on "Advanced" on the top toolbar and restore advanced settings and click "Ok" to save your modification

When you have finished, close your browser and all web pages. Then restart your browser and try again.

If your problem still exists, please try to use IE instead which is more compatible with our website. In addition, if you wish to use the old version of TradeManager, please download TradeManager 2.0 at: http://trademanager.alibaba.com/
