I wonder if you can help.
Is there an agency in Hong Kong that some one in Britain can to make a complaint about product/services.
I recently purchased an item on line for my son's birthday (which is now passed) and when it arrived it would not power up, we contacted this company within hours of receiving it. To cut a long story short they asked us to send it back to them so they could inspect the item. We did this and again to cut a long story short last week they said they were sending the console back and yesterday they said they weren't as the problem is due to water damage, did we want it back or for 79.99 they would send us another console.
You can appreciate we are a little upset at being asked to purchase another console when the item was faulty from manufacturer/supplier. I have copies of communication between us and the company, which proves time scales and conversations but don't know if there is anyway of complaining to a governing body (like Trading Standards in Britain) in Hong Kong.
Do you know of anyone I could contact for some help.
