I am ir1uno and i am new in this Japan forum. I am excited to know that there is such forum that focus on Japan only in Alibaba ( arn't i too late to know...)

Anyway, as soon as I know that there is such forum, I started to write some articles and started to answer some questions. To my surpeise, there are a lot of similar questions that basically need a same answer. Instead of replying to each of this question (which is actually better for me in case the the one who post the question pick my answer as the best answer and reward me with points....) let me just write a special article about it.

The question most of you are asking is:

"How do i find buyer in Japan for my xxxxxproduct?", or

"How do i find an investor for my xxxxxproject/proposal?"

The answer is simple. As I already write in my replies to some of the questions, you can do following steps:

1. Go to JETRO Japan website (http://www.jetro.go.jp/en/invest/) (in case this link can not be displayed, you can use a search engine and search for: JETRO Japan)
2. Click the "Investing in Japan" section and go to "How to set up business in Japan". Next, find out anything you want to know there.

Simple, isn't it?

What about the result? Well it's another question. It is simply up to you how you play your adventure.

Anyway, try also see the Jetro overseas offices. In case they have office in your country, then it should be easier. You can go there and ask an advise from their officer.

In my country (Indonesia), there is a cooperation between the department of trade and JICA (http://www.jica.go.jp/english/) and with the support of  Business Partner City Japan (http://www.ibpcosaka.or.jp/index_e.html) (try the seacrh engine in case the link can not be displayed) for running the Indonesian Export Promotion Center. Here they organize various trainings of how to enter Japan's market and also long distance conference for Indonesian trader to meet Japanese buyers. Try to find if there is such cooperation in your country and take advantage of it.

Thank you for your informative article here, well, i have one more question,with the hope to get your advise.

Our factory want to import production line for PP packing band/Strap.  Say the pp packing band making machine. How can i get the information of any manufacturer of this machine?
