Many seller send quotation to buyers,but offten there is no reply from them.so what you will do when at this situation.
I m a PC user. Both Microsoft outlook or Outlook express has the function to ask for receipt of the e-mail.
There are many reasons for buyer not reply after they receive your quotation. If you really want to know if they receive it or not, simply send a nice follow up e-mail. But I don't suggest to push for reply.
I think i will call the buyer to check wether they've receive my E-mail,and then we can exchang some detail information.
I prefet to send another email.
But there is a problem: I don't remember all those clients who send inquiries to me...

The requester will reply you sooner or later, if you will quote the best. The requester will not reply you, if you will quote not good.
What is the solution: Do not stay with outcoming quotations! Forget outcoming quotations. Search for new requesters. Make more quotations. Increase your chance.

I want to supply the products: plastic gear,all kinds of plastic parts.
If you have sent your quotation email to your client, you should not expect the reply at the same day.May be two days,three days,one week,ordinary surpass three days, i would give the client a call.
