i am in shenzhen ,i found someone from Fujian,putian who set up shops here declaring locating at shenzhen or even in Hongkong. it is easy to find their trails from their bank Aaccount, contact information etc.Donot trade with these shops whatever any kind of " qualification" given by greedy alibaba.com. these cheaters pay more money for the higher qualification, you will lose more!
