"Halloween has its origins in the ancient Celticfestival known as Samhain (Irish pronunciation: [Èsàaun²]; from the Old Irishsamain).[1] The festival of Samhain is a celebration of the end of the harvest season in Gaelic culture, and is sometimes [2] regarded as the "Celtic New Year".[3] Traditionally, the festival was a time used by the ancient pagans to take stock of supplies and slaughter livestock for winter stores. The ancient Gaels believed that on October 31, now known as Halloween, the boundary between the alive and the deceased dissolved, and the dead become dangerous for the living by causing problems such as sickness or damaged crops. The festivals would frequently involve bonfires, into which bones of slaughtered livestock were thrown. Costumes and masks were also worn at the festivals in an attempt to mimic the evil spirits or placate them"
Halloween is near yet everyone is still so busy with their business. How are you going to celebrate your hallowen this year? How about ur kids? Any preparation? Mind to share about it? I came from a country that do not have halloween. How should i put this...Halloween is not popular in our country and we don't celebrate it. But i was so curious about halloween ever since i was little. Curious about the pumpkin and the cosplay and kids getting candies from adult? It does look like a very fun and joyful festival. I wish there will be one at Malaysia

Shoot, I have been so busy and poor this year , I did not even realized the Halloween was coming......but that is okay, in China nobody excepts the kids born in 90s celebrate the Halloween although they probably do not know what Halloween comes from and what it means to...
In Estonia we just go from door to door and ask for candies :)
I will stay home this year and celebrate with my little family :p Been to busy lately, so I chose to use that free time to learn to know my little baby's habits :(
