Dear Farrah,

I am a small businessman from India and new to alibaba. Before joining alibaba I read someone's veiw " I am addicted to alibaba."
I thought this false statement, sort of lie. But after joining AB and while using every now and then I find some feautures that I have on my mind (and thought If IT s'd be there , it will be very helpful).
Now I think I am addicted to AB, and only yesterday I found your picture and name under seminar and going through your details I found that you are on AB since very start and must have achieved manythings as my kind of people even do not know what AB is?.
May be this is not allowed , but I just want to say that first time I saw your picture I have had crush on you !!! I'm serious, Today is V-day I thought I can say it. After going through your story the memory of my first crush of my life came live, I also thought maybe this is my last one (on you). why last? i dont know but it came to my mind.
So what is your reaction? maybe angry may be not, if you are then just think its V-day only, it happens.

Anyhow coming to last and real thing. Farrah as I am new so am facing some problems, on forum I read people usally face same kind of problems in start. Either they learn and get help from forum and experts like you or they just go missing, thinking its real difficult. Farrah, My question is I have some ideas that have a strong business sence also help new peoples problem when they join AB. Can I get support/help from ALIBABA to lauch this startup?? or how can I find some mentor?? Kindly reply in details. I must inform you that the problem I am mentioning here is typical problems for all people in India and other developing countries. (Eg: geting sample, how to pay for sample and freight, how to covert local currency into USD or other) There are many many and small but significant problems I want to make one platform for solving most of it?? In some deserving cases there won't be any fee involved. What you say?? Give me honest answer please. Bye,
