I am just curious that this company didn't write down any evidence that have contacted the police and get the explanation on this terrible issue..

A company is responsible for its employees. So if an employee rips off customers then that company has a legal and moral obligation to offer compensation. When customers contact a company they are dealing with a company and not an individual.
So if this company indeed did have a rogue employee that stole money from customers, then the company should compensate all of those customers and then take civil action againt the ex-employee themselves to recover these costs.
It would be very easy for a scam company to claim that the problem was an employee in order to try to avoid getting a bad name. This is why the company should resolve the issue with their customers. If this company has compensated customers then there would be no reason to complain about them.
