TT in advance is a Telegraphic Transfer. You pay first (in advance), fax your Supplier a copy of teh TT then the Supplier sends the goods. Your Bank will know how to arrange TTs.

 Now-a-days,SWIFT is used to transfer money: Funds tranfer internationally: Mostly all Financial institutions will be member in this SWIFT and there is no fraud and it will be credited to the benificieries account immediately on transfer;
