Russian Customs is very difficult to China's import products. I think, you should contact with a Russian custom-lease agency to ask him everything openly. It is not possible to get healthy information from abroad.

It's better of you to approach your local import agency, tell them the goods you may import from China,or you should contact some China company which sell the products, they should have everything you need,

    Good luck!

I already did it. In Russian custom-lease agency told, that minimal statutory price is about 4000$. It is non-value-added for me.

This is not correct. I mean that custom taxes depends on what exact product you want to import to Russia. Quantity is also important. For some goods, like textile or, for example, watches, Russian Customs has some kind of base price of such items, which they use as a base to calculate taxes. Maybe I could help you if you give me more detailed information about goods, you want to import

oooops... $4000 for paper work only... looks like that someone wants to fool you. Usually companies charge total price for custom clearance which depends on items. There is no prices like $4000 for paper work in Russia. It should cost you much lower. I buy from China for past 3 years and also consult some companies how to enter Russian market. If you can give me more detailed information about your case, maybe I could give you some advises. E-mail me: yurin [at] unicrafts [dot] ru or use skype: maximyurin
