I  have downloaded the trademanager, but until now it hasn't have any use.  usually I saw some buyers online,then I sent message to them, but they didn't response.

Well , most buyers and sellers have trade manager but they have limited time to use it or they use it for a certain purpose at a certain time.So, you may catch some of them but you won't be able to catch all because of time differences too.You will have to send continous messages to talk to people but at a certain time , it will be an essential too for getting sellers or buyers. good luck
