Source the buyer and his requirements of Indian Handicrafts

Hi,

I have started an export firm and got the Export Import Code holding membership with Export Promotion Council For Handicrafts.

I have my brother in Australia.  Kindly let me know how to source the buyer there and his requirements of  Indian Handicrafts in Australia.

Kindly guide me.

    I am Andy from China, I also began my own business one month bofore.

    I think there are some improtant things we need to do:

    1. find good products and good suppliers with competitive price;

       you already knew what product you are going to do, so next step is to find good suppliers,

       establish business relationship with them, and manage  your supplier base, make your product list, catalog

    2.establish your smooth transportation, payment and communication channels;

     find good forwards, familar the payment methods,  and using moden communication tools, mail, fax, telephone, skype, etc.

    3.promote your products in your target market;

    This part is most difficult, because generally we are not familar with the new market, even don't know anybody.

    I am going to using the internet and B2B platform to find some potential customers. I also will conllect customers suggestions and requirements to adjust my prodtcts and specification.
