Dear,
The most important thing u must keep in mind that in the Business world you are just a drop of water in a big sea and its very difficult to get orders from the sea when u r just a drop of water.
The most important things u must do quickly are following:
1. Find the buyers from thsi website which are looking for related products you have.
2. Do little research about the competitive prices and quality.
3. Contact all these buyers with ur very intresting and to the point letters and messages.
4.Provide them correct and usefull information
5. Request them for their demands and orders
By doing all that u may not get orders at first, but u may have good relationship with buyers and they may keep u in mind for future. This is very important as it can first introduce ur company to the buers and 2ndly create a trust in their mind about ur business.
Another thing which is very important to have trust in buyers is to provide them with correct information like any kind of problem with the products and competitive prices etc.

Maybe, you are the Sales person assigned to the task of answering enquries through the Alibaba Message box. You are doing your postings of Selling Leads to the Site daily, which is good, but with very little effect, and no impact to the prospects.
You have to gather your data of mail addresses, either from your past correspondences with would-be customers, or from a data bank. There are some companies selling data bank of focused groups of people or companies. You have to get your demograph right, those groups who will be mostt likely to use your products, and those who are high possible distributors for your products.
Do Mass Mailing from the list, by designing a Letter head with as less words as possible and describing the benefits of your products, what can it do to promote:
- Better safety for the machine or personals.
- Help to save money for the enduser.
- Promote better social status and prestige.
- Bring in better sales for the user.
- Saves time and provides seemless transactions of their business.
- Brand name with history of reputation
- Enables better communication within the users' realm.
- Certificates of approvals and conformance to safety standards and Quality Assurance.
This mass mailing must address the person behind it, like Mr. Liu, or Miss Wang. Not the addressee: To Whom this may concerned, or the Department Manager.
It has to be polite, without emotion, like the communication between adult to adult in Transactional Analysis. It also has to be precise, short and sweet with some pictures if you have and leaving it open for further contacts and followups.

And i have a suggest is that try your best to make your products' name more specific when you post your products on alibaba, let more and more people can search your products in the front of the pages.
