I think you have to be more clear about what you really want.Are you an importer or exporter?
You will need to perform a due dilligence in the company that you are interested in dealing with.You can do that by asking for bank reference,any trade association that they are members of,internet search for example type in the company name then scam and you will see the results if any(company name + scam).
