Try to know the potential partner as much as possible and make sure it does exist, visit it in person and discuss everything related before real business starts. Profession is very good, but honesty is more important.

A relaible partner must have some characteristics as below:
Firstly,the partner must be professional,
He or she must be very very familiar with the business and have much experience on the field you are in;but this kind of partner need you pay more commission for them
Secondly,the partner must be honest
It will take you some time to know them if they play tricks with you,you can do that via many ways:talking with them face to face,investigating them or in theire company,or get some information from others who know your partner

Obvoious;y i am asking about business partner but i am not focus the any specific industry i am asking in generel way for those who are new in this portal and not knows the supplier how he can judge the authencity of supplier i-e supplier is fraud or not.
I much time red in others forum alibaba is full of scamer and some scamer are trust and and some are gold supplier, moreover we cant avoid the scamer, atleast we can detect them. in detail my question is how we can differeintiate between reliable supplier and scamer or how we can detect the scamer and this question is espicially from those people who are not in china and how they can authenciate the reliable partner
