Hi everyone,
This is Miss Rolin from a Chinese company and we sell music pillow. Actually, it is an absolutely new field for me. Once I was in line of kitchenware/cookware, never accessed to textiles before. What's worse is, “music pillow” is a new item, most of my foreign friends never heard of it. It is hard for me to push sales.
As we are paid member of alibaba, and luckily, a call came to me someday in March (I forgot the exact date) this is my first time to know John (my client). At that time I didn't know whether he is a serious buyer (just exchanged email address)
BUT I have a strong feeling that he will buy from us someday.
From then on, we keep in touch by correspondence letters. Actually, John told me his “project” in the first few letters, and I firmly believe in him. He said he will make own design and hope us make 20 samples for him to test the market. Another two months passed, he sent us his own design. Fantastic! Then he paid the sample cost and arranged shipping company to pick up the 20 pillows (freight collect) 15 days later, he got the samples and tested them. Luckily, he feels happy with the samples. After that, he asked his designer to make the final design.
After everything completed, John placed a trial order with us at last. Although it is a small order, I feel so happy. Everything goes smoothly! We got the payment then delivered the goods before the National Day Holiday! Hope he will feel happy when he gets the goods.
Today is the 1st working day after National Day Holiday; I received an email from John, no relate to business, he told me that his mum is in China and he will come to visit our factory next year. Hopefully he'll place repeat orders with us!
