before selling products to customers.[A PBusiness we'd better know our products and our factory enough, and master enough information on the  products,  if you know a little about you products, maybe  your customer's questions will puzzle you. so we  need time to understand the culture of your factory and products performance , so that can offer effect , efficient, useful, on-the-points information to customers, don't send the garbage to customers, before send you e-mail, please keep thinking one minute to analysis your information whether useful , clear to customers.

    2.Communication skills and high spirits&desire.

    3.Full standing of the products and Co.

    4.Preparations of alibaba web(info, items and details)

    5.Understanding of competitors both at home and abroad(price and market conditon)

    6More quality needed^^^^^^6
