This is why scammers hate paypal. We buy product from dupermall. After payment he ignores us for 2 days and I know that he sees were online because we sent him messages and he continued to ignore us. We made a complaint to paypal. No less then 5 minutes later he responds. Of course he does because now he is not getting his money until he resolves this issue. Now go grab a cup of coffee and read this converstion and let me know what you think.

I wish more compnies usded Paypal, would make life alot less stressful, I dont like Western Union, makes me nervous

Good job with handling this matter.  You were reasonable and consistent.  It is obvious the other party was double talking and had no intention of sending the materials.  I am sure he will stop using Paypal as a funding option, but at least he will lose the business that goes along with it as well.

i thought you were a bit harsh at first, But as I read on I could see he was in fact just trying to pull some quick bull..

 

They do off for 7days, that was back in March I think and in that case you would have been told way ahead of time.

Hello, sir.  Thanks for your share of the problem. Supplier do not accept PALPAY not mean they are scammer, maybe in the future alibaba can act like paypal and we goldsuppliers would like to do on that.

But scammers always quote very very low price to customers,and some friends will fall into the scam and lose money, hope you have a good business in the future!

WOW..That's why they hate paypal..

I have had so many Of These guys like this.  They think they know the rules for pay pal and they think no buyer does.

 

   This person was obviously trying to scam you.  


  it is sad because i really like the way this site ( Alibaba ) Is set up but when i say " So many of these guys like this" 


   I actually mean Every single one of the attempts i have made to buy anything and also every single attempt some one has made to Buy something from me has been one of these scammers.


    Do not get taken advantage of -   I still am waiting for my first successful transaction on this site.   It makes no sense to me that the entire site could possibly be full of scammers.


   I am a US citizen with an Impeccable record and I ship all over the entire world with a 100% success rate and happy customers everywhere.  But not one of them in all these years has been through Alibaba.


   There should be an easier way to report scammers on this site. Also enforcement of the rules should be more available.


  I canot even count the amount of spammers that write to me through Alibaba under the pretense that they are interested in buying from me and then it turns out they are trying to sell me something ( actually trying to steal my money and run off without shipping any item at all )
