What are the other ways of attracting ODM factory interest? Have put buy leads in Alibaba but not getting enough replies.

Looking for electronic ODM factories in China. We have design, need factory to make it - circuit board only. Orders are volume min. 100k annual. Prefer in Gaungdong province but can accept further away.

I also feel that that is a bit difficult on Alibaba because it is geared towards products.  I do not see a good way to offer or find services here, like contract manufacturing for instance.
