Hi There!!!!

I am very new on Alibaba, and I am a beginner in business cocerning oversease importing and so on. I was very glad to see that there's a great community on this portal that gives opportunity to understand and learn every day more about business.
In my case I am very much interested to try to import music isntrument from Indonesia, the prices propose appears to be real low, and this makes me feel real seduced...
I read very daunting things about Indonesia. I wish to know if there's anyone that had imported from that country or knows really how things are down there.
The company I'm dealing with has name Refasilado, they are kinf of distributors of musical instruments.
Please can anybody advise me how can I make sure that this is a trustable company?

Can you search form Google for this company?

If you don't have any other way to know this company, just take care for every single business dealing.

Does the company have a phone number? call them at their work time and at their off work time.

Does the company have a FAX? Tell them to send fax to you.

Does the company have an address? Go there to see[em7] just joking.

The best way to avoid risk is to strive for a good payment terms.

Have a nice day.

It is very important to know well about your partner before start business.  E-business is a good tool for national frauds.

If  i were you, I will ask for as much necessary information as possible. Website, certificates, detail contacts.

I would make a call to check their tel phone and get suggestions from the Economic and Commercial counsellor 's office of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Indonesia.  Website is http://id.mofcom.gov.cn/index.shtml

And If possible, go there or ask friends to do it.

Good luck!

Hi,

This is Suchit Ahuja, director of Beatbox Entertainment , i am dealing in Musical instruments and pro-audio equipments in New Delhi (India).

Recently i have contacted one wholesaler company name - CV JAYA AUDIO BLESTER located in Propinsi Jawa Tengah (Indonesia).

I have contacted them through email and they have send me quotation. I tried contacting them through phone but due to problem in lang , unable to communicate.

Payment mode they accepting is Western Union and Bank Transfer , when i asked them Bank Transfer they gave me Bank A/c but its not on owner name and company name. Its on some other name. when i asked them to give company a/c they refuse.

I wanna know if this company really exists or its safe to deal with them.

Would appreciate if you can help me.

Waiting for your reply,

Regards,

Suchit

Same case here. CV Jaya seems to have good products and prices but their MOQ is high and I am not sure if it worths the risk to invest with them. Please let me know how your deal comes out.

Thanks.
