How to loose a customer? You may confused about my topic!
These days i lost a very good customer from holland. I feel so bad about it !
I do the garment & textile business, i have done several order for this customer,everything was going fine before the latest order ! 9000 pcs/style knitted sweaters ! The target price is very low,so i can not place this order to a big factory ! One small factory take this order from me !
This factory make something wrong that can not be accepted, So i can not deliver this goods to my customer, i was trying my best to solve the problem for the factory ,but its later for this order ! So i lost my trust to my customer !
I would like to give some advise,when you place one order to a factory you are not familiar with,you can not trust the contract you signed with the factory, you have to pay attention from the very begining, you have to know clearly about every single part of the production . If anything wrong,you will have the time to save it !
Never let your customer down ! Cherish the relationship with your customer!
