I got my first cellphone 1995 and I have never replaced it, it still works for calling.

The phone is three times the size as the new, but I can se the figures without gl .

The camera I have as a separate unit.

I mainly use the computer for my communication.

I have an old Nokia (about ten years old), but don't know the model number. My friends call it "the brick", as it hardly has any functions, except for what you need to call somebody. No integrated camera, nothing!

I love it, because I've dropped it so many times from close to 2 meters height, and it's still working. Try that with a modern phone! Or better yet, don't try that, as the outcome is quite predictable: total failure!

Change my phone? Forget it!

I got my first cell phone in 2004, TCL, I forgot the model. Unluckily, it was stolen when I took a bus in 2005 after my graduation. And the one I have now is MOTOROLA, again forgot the model. So far, it has been kept for more than 2 yrs, still works well. Frankly, I don’t like to change cell phones.

I have never changed my cell  phone more than 3 years ! Big surprise??[em2]

I bought my Bird in 2005, and  it has been repaired for 3 times! Although it has no camera and some others functions as the advanced ones, yet I will not replace it untill it could not work ...

If I wan to listen to music, I have my MEIZU MP4. If I want to take photos ,I will try by the digital camera. So, my old cell phone will keep until...[em10]

Well, it seems that I am belong to majority.

I have my first cell phone in 2005, a mini TCL phone. Someday, I was so careless that I put it in a barrel of water with my trousers...[em11]I still keep its "body" now. [em3]

My BF gave me a Nokia as birthday present later.[em21] It is on my desk now.[em7]I will use it before my BF give me another new one~[em10] God knows when...

I am young, but I never want cell phone with too many functions to show off. That's stupid I think. [em9] Society is not safe & so many thieves![em5]

A couple of days ago, I met an swindler. First, he asked me for 30 yuan. I said,  I had only 3 yuan to take a bus...[em14] (I didn't lie... I seldom take money with me if I don't need to buy anything.) Then that guy ask me for my cell phone and said," take it easy. Your cheap Nokia is the last thing I want!" [em5] I refused again and tried to remember his car number when he drove away very quickly...

Even if I was not that poor, I would not give anything to that guy! He was impolite: asked me for help sitting in a car, runing down my things, being high and mighty. Angry![em5] An expensive cell phone never mean a good person!

I think it is like the MOTOROLA "bloke buster" handphone. Size like a water bottle, with the antenna sticking out on top.

Those are the analogue handphone, and they are like the Bolt rifle, the gun that cannot jam. However, you can only fire one bullet at a time, and need time to reload. But it sure does the job of firing a bullet, to kill someone.

Grandpa is like the Laggard group in the Demographic segmentation for marketing.

Well, im kinda agree with that statement. As long as those youngster can afford it, they will change their handphone when the newer and better model is out. If you are talking about those handphone lover...from my view they usually change handphone every 6months. By browsing thru the mobile phone directory for my country, handphone lover will trade in their 'old' handphone for a newer and better one. and as what we can see nowadays...there will be new model coming out every 6-12months so i concluded that they change handphone every 6months =) As for myself, yea i think im kinda 'old' already hahaha so i sticked with my old phone till it spoilt, then change. Repairing will cost more then buying a new phone. i have changed about 4 handphones in 7 years, 2 were stolen and 1 spoilt, the 4th one is 2 yrs old now [em18]
