I think most of the business fail today because they just cant get enough customers.

Many people blame it on world's economic slowdown, tough competitors, low profits and etc.

There are few ways to get customers by advertising newspaper, employ salesman, tele-marketing, SMS and etc.

try to do the e-marketing and join different website b2b , specially the alibaba trust pass membership

and attend some trade fairs

If you are a serious supplier or manufacturer then you should spend some money to be included in business/trade web sites and try trade fairs.  they are maybe expensive to some but display your products right at the correct market segment and customers will come.

I think the best way to get more and more customers is "you must have good items,and good market customers"The first is you have the good samples;the second you must get good price for customer;the third you must have very good quality.Of course ,you must find some ways to promote your samples,your company.like Canton Fair,broad fair,adv.,B2B website,to show enough of your items,And you must have one very professional salesman to sell your goods......

to get more and more customer is dream of every sales!

1)-To prepare always before the chance coming !

-to learn the product ,to get good product,good communication skill etc.

2)-to be honest and positive character .

3)-to make friend with customer to keep the old customer ,and ,to attract new customer.

First, the global economic atmosphere is severe and intense.

The main factor is connected with ourseves.

So the solution should be started from here.

We can spend some money on advs and website, also the trade fairs! If we do not pain , how can we gain??

There are three things we must prepare well before  we enter into business:knowledge of our products, communication skills and service.
