Im starting to import Chinese cell phones mainly from the CECT company i did my first shipment by UPS the last week (30 pcs) and everythinh was ok i paid my taxes and i recive my goods. After seen that everything goes well i ask for 45 pcs to my CHina suplyer and he sent them but this time the customs in my country are asking me for a FREE SALE CERTIFICATE from CECT that acredits me to sell this telephones i talk with my suplyer in CHina and he told me that he never heard about this certificate from cect or something similar and he can not give me this paper

Can sombady tell me what kind of suplyers can give me this certificate or If someone knows if CECT gives this kind of CERTIFICATES or LICENCES?

i think   the exporting customer need to protect the importing customer by assisting him or her

by supling  the nessasery documents required in normal and honest in other to promote business

relationship.

                i seldom import electronic products from China,as there are many copier ,so they can not provide some CE ,last year, when i imported 86 pcs mobilephone from lywholesale which you can find on google. they asked me if i would like coppiers,

i said no,they delivery me the original ones, the quality is good ,price is ok.

and when i asked them for the documents ,they sent me at once . really awesome!

so that i think you should ask the surpplier details before make deal ,if the products is copy or not , it is very  very important.

usually, the copy ones is very similiar to original,difficult to tell them from exterior

As a Chinese, I am so sorry to hear your story and experience. And some of their comments, really make me sad. Most of the companines here will not  act this way. Of course there are some guys who do make something bad.  

Maybe u can send me the Company information such as name and address, with whom u are dealing. I'd like to make a research for your reference.
