Dear
what are the liabilities on a forwarding company when signing a fixture notice on behalf of the owners .
to simplify the question :
Booking a space on a vessel based on FLT hook to hook with specific Lay can agreedon and both forwarding agent and the shipper sign and stamp the terms of that fixture notice .
Many time forwarding agents reject the cargo last minute or claim vessel have no enough space or change lay can with out any justification . even if the terms are clear showing commitment this some times include mentioning a transit time in specific .
with all these terms the forwarding agent can easily skip away and dose not perform
the question is
What are the legal action shipper can move on with please advise all alternatives options
This happen with me several time and only in china
Kind regards
