Even if you send more money you get nothing. These jerks are not based in Finland. They are using Finland's good name for evil purposes. Alibaba has known about these criminals for past 12 months yet fails to strike them out. In my opinion, criminal charges should be laid against the Alibaba managers who knowingly allow these sorts of fraud to continue.

If you are aware of VAT labels you should of asked in advance. But anyway they have been written about before and will be written about again. Do your homework and search the forums before purchase.
