Probably some legal actions can be taken and after some long battles, assume you stop Tom, what about Dick and Harry??? and the many others...I would not waste my time trying to stop the people...I would rather try to focus on selling my product...

Let them know your anger. Maybe it is of no help for the fact, as your picture has no copyright. Learn this lesson.

I used to worry about this when I frist started out. I learned that even if you have a jump and the market, there will be competiters close on your trail.

My recomendation is to spent little time on it.......continue to market, but mostly build on customer relationships and deliver perfect product and customer service. Those that steal are disshonest buiness men and never go to far. Good businesmen are full of integrity and their business will keep growing in most cases. Lane

Copying your products picture from your website is pretty commn today.

Since I am a webdeveloper we have to go through such things almost every other day the best solution to this problem according to me is to firstly consult your webdeveloper and ask him to place a hologram of your company on your product that would although solve your problem to some extent...,but second most important thing is to ask your websdeveloper to put a right click disable option on your website so that it almost becums impossible for an amateur to copy the image of your product.

Also ask your web developer to send a warning of copyright infringment to the defaulter.(so that the person feels atleast a bit scared:-)..

Nothing can be done really about this problem.We are also facing this same problem.Parties dealing in the same items as ours are either copying the same pictures and using them on their's website or mading some modifications on the pictures and using them.

Once you have put up pictures of the web,anybody anywhere can copy it.It's simply not possible to keep track of who is doing what with your pictures
