what you can do is do some water mark on your picture, not only the picture on alibaba website, but also your company website. Take care !!

So lucky that i have successfully make a complaint to alibaba,and within days, alibaba removed their unlegal pics from their web.

That is so simple.They copied our pics,and put their watermark on it.Alibaba just told me to send my original pics with no watermark along with the fake pics link.Then i make it.

They don't know the design ,There is only way to copy other products pic.

You shouldn't be worried about that their prouducts can't catach your products . Every porducts have their own's spirits including the your products.

Try to seal your original photo. Use an image editing program like Photoshop, and put your company information at the right bottom corner, or left corner.

The other can copy your picture then, and your company information will appear on the original and copied picture. It is a Win-Win situation for you and your company.

If someone want to use pictures form somebody else they have to ask to use it because of the copyright. 

If the company is not a manufacturer theirselves but wants to sell this products then it is a good thing that they use your pictures as an example (if they have permission). The customer wants to know what they can expect. And if this company get an order, you get this order also.

But if the company uses your pictures without your permission and manufacture the products theirselves is it not alright offcourse.

The best thing you can do is when you place your pictures online to set a watermark or your name in it. So if someone wants to copy the pricture, they copy the picture with your companyname in it. 

 It is not the picture.  So they do not use the picture, but they go and make a similar item using your idea.  That is the problem

If you don't want the photo be copied,you'd better don't  put  them on net.

But if you don't put your products on the internet, how can other people know your products and your company ? I think that the best way is put your company name or watermark in them.

last time,I got one same photo from two different makers.so i feel curious.i don't know  which one can really produce.maybe one maker can't produce that item.they just copied photos from interent and send to another maker who can produce that item if they got an inquiry from somebody.

In fact ,except alibaba,we have another web site.It is so pity that we give no  watermark there till recently after i have found that so many companies that had used our pics.Most of them are trading company,since we are manufacturer.

 But dear all friends.Please noted that,they have already copied our pics.So the main point  is  what should i do now?

FW them to alibaba,ask them to remove our pics?or just let them along?

    It is so bad to encounter such trouble for you,  and it is also not bad for you to have so many  pics spreaders for you,  you could make the product photo with your company information to add credit stand and prevent  new brand to be copied

Our company met this before , you can tell alibaba workers to solve this problem .

You should amend your picture to add your company mark in the picture , the place others cannot  rub . I always make our company picture and name on the products so that others cannot change .

IT IS NOMALR, NO WAY TO AVOID.Others copy mine, I copy others'. it is fair.

     We are also feel confused with this problem. Our products pictures are always copied by   others.  So I keep some of our news products in my private showing room. Until professional or valued buyers can be invited to visit. This may help a little. However, in this way, the promotion of new products will reduce some chance.
