in our China there are so many maufactuer and so many trade company which deal with the same product, so sometimes it is very commonn that the pic are like, and this is a difficult to solve.

If someone want to use pictures form somebody else they have to ask to use it because of the copyright.If the company is not a manufacturer theirselves but wants to sell this products then it is a good thing that they use your pictures as an example (if they have permission). The customer wants to know what they can expect. And if this company get an order, you get this order also.
But if the company uses your pictures without your permission and manufacture the products theirselves is it not alright offcourse.
The best thing you can do is when you place your pictures online to set a watermark or your name in it. So if someone wants to copy the pricture, they copy the picture with your companyname in it.

you can not do nothing, even you report to alibaba, they are not able to judge fairly, as there is no evidence to prove the picture is yours or the guys' who copy your picture.
what you can do is do some water mark on your picture, not only the picture on alibaba website, but also your company website. Take care !!
