Recently i found several other companies had copied our products' pics and posted them on alibaba as their products.

What do you think about this? 

notthing will happen to u just have mark on ur products so that every  one can recognise diffrence

If someone want to use pictures form somebody else they have to ask to use it because of the copyright. 

If the company is not a manufacturer theirselves but wants to sell this products then it is a good thing that they use your pictures as an example (if they have permission). The customer wants to know what they can expect. And if this company get an order, you get this order also.

But if the company uses your pictures without your permission and manufacture the products theirselves is it not alright offcourse.

The best thing you can do is when you place your pictures online to set a watermark or your name in it. So if someone wants to copy the pricture, they copy the picture with your companyname in it.

AS YOU KNOW IN CHINA,SOMETIMES,MANY COMPANIES DO THE SAME THINGS,EXACTLY SAME!

AND SOMETIMES WHEN I FEEL THEY DO BETTER ,I WILL USE THEIR PICTURE TO INSTEAD OUR CURRENT ONE ..

SO IF YOU FIND OTHERS USE YOUR PICTURE,IT'S NORMAL ,BECAUSE SOMETIMES YOU ALSO CAN USE OTHERS...

In fact ,except alibaba,we have another web site.It is so pity that we give no  watermark there till recently after i have found that so many companies that had used our pics.Most of them are trading company,since we are manufacturer.

 But dear all friends.Please noted that,they have already copied our pics.So the main point  is  what should i do now?

FW them to alibaba,ask them to remove our pics?or just let them along?

if they post your pictures on their alibaba site. just report the copy issue to alibaba service people. alibaba has right to ask them to delete the ones, which being with your own patents.

Yes,everyone hates this illegal behavior ,me too.Those guys don't know others feeling,they always put their hapinesss onto others sadness.

To be honest, I will be very very very annoyed at such disgusting behaviour! It seems that all of our endeavor was useless!!!

How can those duplicators ingnore even not show their repect to our great effort???

On the other hand, we would like to be perfect so that some people will copy or imitate the excellent things! It is common not only in our work but also our life ...

watermake which can prevent others plagiarize copytight!

I think that we don't have the power  to prevent anybody  or any  company to copying  with it doesn't belong to the own products.but we can sign my logo.only to do that ,No man would adventure it.unless he don't know the law.

Creativity is the most important thing that some people don't have, they are looking for a easy way to reach their target. Not only for pictures, we have the same problem regarding to the clothes , electronics products and etc.  You are a creative person, you can create the new one better than last one and leave the old one to others.  Technology is changing every hours, new stuff going to market, new programs, new pictures and etc. Let them be one step far from you all the time... I saw some websites that copy all the face of Alibaba.com just changing the name to their own B2B name. This means what? Means that they want to be Alibaba.com but they don't want pass the way that Alibaba passed.


Somebody copy NOKIA, Iphone, ... and they think their company will be famous soon, but they don't realize that this is the NOKIA name that will be more bold.  And for you, Is the Windows you use original?


This is good they copy your pictures, because you will find out that you have done your jobs well, they don't copy the suck stuffs.
