Recently i found several other companies had copied our products' pics and posted them on alibaba as their products.

Regret to say, it seems common now. We haven't  got complete system to control these unfair copy.  I also find some other companies copy the pictures of my company.

 

so is our company,  that guys not only copy our picture, but also the brand name. The brand is just a few different from us.

I hate them.

It is a common thing today.

But i think, if the products is develope by ourself, then our company should be more familiar  with the technic.

moreover, there are sth that can not be copied by others, such as service.

I often found our product picture evevn stick on other company 's website ,althought  our picture already moken the trademark .,cant they make photos by themseleves ?why use other 's woking harvest ?I think this behavior is degrading!!!!

And i also think alibaba should control this behavior too! you have alility to protest ours right!

Trademark is not always useful, he can own your images from other channel. For example, your client maybe own your new designs, and then he post it in this web.

In fact ,except alibaba,we have another web site.It is so pity that we give no  watermark there till recently after i have found that so many companies that had used our pics.Most of them are trading company,since we are manufacturer.

 But dear all friends.Please noted that,they have already copied our pics.So the main point  is  what should i do now?

FW them to alibaba,ask them to remove our pics?or just let them along?

Nobody  would like to use any another companys'r pics .if did  ,it's your fault  . you did not use watermark or  did not write your comany's brand . please remember ,you cann't stop somebody to do this but  only count on  yourself .

Pictures is not included everything, can they sell pictures to their customers ?

If you have confidence, don't need to worry about it.
